The Blessings of Rajab

Rajab is the seventh month of the Islamic calendar. It’s also one of the four sacred months in which fighting is prohibited. Muslims see this month as a time of blessings, forgiveness, and good deeds, similar to the month of Ramadan.

Rajab is also significant because it marks Isra and Mi’raj, the night journey of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) from Mecca to Jerusalem and his ascension to heaven.

Many Muslims observe fasting during this month. The extra blessing of this month is incredible! Don’t let it slip past!

There are several things that one can do to prepare for Ramadan in the month of Rajab:

⚡️ Reflect on your spiritual state

Take some time to reflect on your spiritual state and make a plan to improve it during Ramadan.

⚡️ Make dua

Make dua (supplication) to Allah for guidance, strength, and the ability to make the most of the upcoming month of Ramadan.

⚡️ Help others prepare

Help others who may be less familiar with Ramadan to prepare for the month by providing them with information and resources.

The key is to start early and to make the most of the month of Rajab to get in the right mindset and prepare physically and spiritually.

Oh Allah! Grant us Barakah (blessing) during (the months of) Rajab and Sha’ban, and allow us to reach Ramadan.
