Ramadany (“we,” “us”) operates ramadany.org. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Orders. When you purchase from our shop, we collect your name, email address, billing details, and — for physical products — your shipping address. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our email list or download a free resource that asks for your email, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.

Contact form. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond.

Accounts. If you create an account, we store your username, email, and order history.

Automatic data. Like most websites, our server logs record IP addresses and browser information for security purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill orders and deliver digital downloads, respond to your messages, send the newsletter you signed up for (every email includes an unsubscribe link), and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the services needed to run this site:

  • Stripe — to process payments securely
  • Printify — our print-on-demand partner receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship physical products (apparel, mugs, banners)
  • Mailchimp — stores our email list and sends our newsletter
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics that help us understand which pages are useful
  • Hosting and security providers — to keep the site running

Cookies

We use cookies for essential store functions (your cart, checkout, and login) and, if you consent, analytics. Third parties may also set cookies:

How long we keep data

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our kids’ printables are intended for purchase and download by parents and teachers.
